Shipping Information:

  • All orders will be shipped within 1-3 business days after you place your order.
  • We ship all our packages via UPS - Ground, or 2nd Day
  • We cannot ship to a P.O. Box
  • If an item is damaged in shipping please notify us immediately and we will file a claim with the shipper. Please DO NOT dispose of the damaged merchandise or packaging. Disposal of the damaged merchandise or packaging without our authorization may void any damage claim and no credit or replacement will be issued.
  • Additional shipping charges will be added to oversize or heavy items. This amount will be listed in the item description and at checkout


Refunds and Returns:

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from The Garlic Press. If you are unhappy with any item that you have purchased from us online, simply return it to us within 10 days of receipt for a refund on your credit card.

  • In the event of damaged or defective merchandise, please contact us immediately.
  • Initial or return shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • All sale items are final sales.
  • Returns must be postmarked within 10 days of your receipt of the merchandise.
  • Please call us at (309)452-8841 or email for a return authorization (RA) code.
  • You will be contacted via email once your return has been processed.
