Teacher: Sandi Knapp
Just outside of Rome they have an entire festival devoted to a version of this dish, Porchetta! Sandi will teach us a quick super tasty version of this pork dish with a traditional Gremolata, loaded with garlic, parsley and lemon! Alongside, a creamy Orzo Pasta with tomatoes and an Artichoke Panzanella (bread salad). For the sweet ending, a creamy layered Raspberry Tiramisu.
