We are thrilled to have Trisha back in the kitchen with her always tasty dishes, experience and charm. Highlighting the stoneware Heritage Pie dish, she'll be making a savory Potato, Leek and Gruyere Tart made with an all butter crust. classic French vegetable soup- Soupe Au Pistou, a ham & cheese Croque Monsieur Casserole and to top it all off, a luscious Pear & Bourbon Cobbler.

All classes are conducted at our store and are observation only unless otherwise described. Class participants are served a portion of all the foods made in class, receive a copy of the recipes.
