This is a great soup to conjure up days by the lake up north. Loaded with wild rice, corn pasta, carrot, onion, celery, leeks and lots of herbs.
What you’ll need: olive oil, a touch of butter, 10 Cups chicken broth, 3-4 Cups of chicken, 1 box of frozen asparagus or peas and an optional cup of white wine.
