So often on our menu at home is Salmon, a really savory fish that we could all learn new ways to prepare. How about Seared Salmon with a twist on pesto made with pistachios and mint, Sheet Pan Salmon with Gin-Soaked Tomatoes, shallots, capers and lemon, and a baked Salmon Frittata with cream and fresh dill. In honor of fall and because we love a sweet ending, Apple Pie Bars made with pecans, and plenty of cinnamon! Wednesday, Nov.20, 2024 6-8:00pm
All classes are conducted at our store and are observation only unless otherwise described. Class participants are served a portion of all the foods made in class and receive a copy of the recipes. Classes are conducted in a casual atmosphere where questions are encouraged.
