An evening of making pizza, sponsored by Janie’s Mill stone ground grain artisans from Ashkum, IL (a little over an hour away) using the Ooni Pizza Oven. Passionate and skillful farmers and millers of grain make a blend of flour that’s perfect for Italian style pizza using the process of stone milling. This finely-sifted (70% extraction) flour is as close to 00 as you can get with stone-milling, a process that enhances the flavor and nutrition of the flour. Chad will be teaching you the tips and tricks of making a great dough and fantastic Neopolitan style pizza in the Ooni outdoor Pizza Oven. Come prepared for whatever the weather will be that night as we circle around the Ooni Pizza Oven on our back dock when it’s time to fire ‘em up!
All students will take home a complimentary bag of Janie’s Mill Italian Pizza Flour!

All classes are conducted at our store and are observation only unless otherwise described. Class participants are served a portion of all the foods made in class and receive a copy of the recipes.
