If you haven’t taken a class from Sandi yet, this one is loaded with four delicious new recipes to fit into your repertoire, and yes, her Italian roots shine in this one! Something for everyone starting with a great pasta, Asparagus Fettuccine, will come together quickly for a weeknight meal. A truly Italian dish; Pork Saltimbocca that typically calls for prosciutto and sage, Risotto (Italian rice) with Mascarpone and Prosciutto and savory Spiced Chicken with Dates.

All classes are conducted at our store and are observation only unless otherwise described. Class participants are served a portion of all the foods made in class and receive a copy of the recipes.
