Join Sandi as she prepares this impressive Spring menu of Carrot Flan with Micro-greens and a Lemon Vinaigrette, Green Goddess and Feta-Stuffed Salmon, Baked Mashed Potatoes with Parmesan Cheese and Breadcrumbs and for the sweet finish, Coconut Cream Tart with a Chocolate Almond Crust.

All classes are conducted at our store and are observation only unless otherwise described. Class participants are served a portion of all the foods made in class and receive a copy of the recipes.
