Take the mystery out of making fresh bread at home with all the advantages of using a Sourdough Starter. You’ll make your own Starter in class and go home with the knowledge of how to care for it and sustain it for loads of high flavor and nutritious baked goods. Bread will be baked and brownies too! This class is intended to get you started on your own bread making journey!

All classes are conducted at our store and are observation only unless otherwise described. Class participants are served a portion of all the foods made in class, receive a copy of the recipes. Classes are conducted in a casual atmosphere where questions are encouraged. Call with any further questions about the class 309-452-8841
