It will officially be Spring soon and a great time to come out of hibernation and invite friends and neighbors over for lunch and good conversation. Here are two full-meal-salads to choose from including a Grilled Chicken Wonton Salad with a toasted sesame dressing on a bed of mixed greens and cabbage. Or try the big flavor of the Gorgonberry Salad loaded with everything you love… bacon, pecans, blue cheese and more. Add a lovely dessert and you’re all set, Sandy’s fluffy Buttermilk Lemon “9x13” cake with zested sugar to finish!

All classes are conducted at our store and are observation only unless otherwise described. Class participants are served a portion of all the foods made in class and receive a copy of the recipes. Classes are conducted in a casual atmosphere where questions are encouraged. Feel free to call with any further questions about the class 309-452-8841
