There is something about eating a meal out-of-doors that makes the food taste even better and the meal an EVENT! Join Sandi as she teaches you to make this delicious and packable picnic menu to share with friends (perhaps at the Shakespeare Festival at Ewing Castle). Something for everyone… Brie, Prosciutto & Fig Baguette, Coronation Chicken (live like royalty!), Pasta Salad in a butter-white wine sauce with Salmon and fresh dill and nibble on Rosemary Chocolate Chip Shortbreads to finish.

All classes are conducted at our store and are observation only unless otherwise described. Class participants are served a portion of all the foods made in class, receive a copy of the recipes.
