Join us to learn the simplicity and beauty of a handmade pizza. Chad knows his way around a kitchen and has turned into a master Pizza maker via his study of baking breads of all kinds. He’ll be making two types of crust, both sourdough and a classic poolish method. A simple tomato sauce that everyone can make, toppings from classic pepperoni and veggies to rosemary pistachio inspired by Chef Chris Bianco, the reason American pizza is what it is.

All classes are conducted at our store and are observation only unless otherwise described. Class participants are served a portion of all the foods made in class, receive a copy of the recipes.
