After years of tasting, dipping and drizzling our way through all that is Olivelle Olive Oil & Balsamic Vinegars, we have put together a class that will showcase what we’ve learned. Join us for an evening of TASTING! We will greet you with a refreshing beverage and move on to Chimichurri Shrimp Tacos, marinated Chicken Power Bowls served with Bacon, Avocado and our favorite Parmesan Asiago Seasoning and bright Lemon Balsamic, roasted & drizzled veggies, Focaccia Bread baked in Olive Oil, a sweet finish and more! All classes are conducted at our store and are observation only unless otherwise described. Class participants are served a portion of all the foods made in class and receive a copy of the recipes.
