Teacher: Sandi Knapp
An Italian menu focused on the flavors of the region of Campagna (Naples). To be clear, Sandi is Italian American and has taught classes at the Garlic Press for many wonderful years so her recipe repertoire is extensive, especially for all things Italian. So, to trust that these dishes will be savory and satisfying is a sure thing. Join her in the kitchen for Gnocchi alla Sorrentina (garlic/tomato/fresh mozzarella and Parmesan!), Sheet pan Eggplant Parmesan, Pollo al Mattone (Italian roast Chicken “under a brick”), and a sweet finish of Chocolate Frangelico Pudding Cake. Oh my!

All classes are conducted at our store and are observation only unless otherwise described. Class participants are served a portion of all the foods made in class and receive a copy of the recipes.
