Ohio Valley Vegetable Soup Mix
A flavorful broth based soup loaded with carrots, peas, bell peppers, corn, celery, rice and gluten free corn pasta. You can always add meats to this to make it heartier.
What you need to make the soup: olive oil, 2-3 cloves garlic, 8 Cups chicken or veggie broth, 10 oz frozen or fresh sugar snap peas and 1 T lemon juice.
