A great soup every time made with freeze-dried carrots, onions, bell peppers and celery. Just add a touch of olive oil, 1 red onion, 6-12 garlic cloves (or less!), 4 Cups chicken or vegetable broth and 1/2 cup orange juice.
Note: you need to soak the beans for 4 hours ahead or make it in your “instapot”
